One of the main foundation stones, upon which our Company has been built is our superior after sales service, that is, the way in which we look after our customers, after the purchase of their car and this is the reason why so many of our customers continue to choose to deal with us time and time again.

Our Service Department, under the management of Mr. Trevor Annett, is fully equipped with the latest equipment in order to take care of your car to the highest standard.

Right and bottom: Our workshop is fitted with the latest equipment allowing us the facilities to offer a fully comprenhensive backup service on all cars we sell as well as offering a general maintenance and breakdawn service on other vehicles.

Not only do we carry out routine servicing, but we specialise in the fitment of tyres, exhausts and brakes at competitive prices together with more complex replacements, e.g. clutch renewal, timing belt replacements, etc. When your car reaches the time for its MOT inspection, our service department will be very happy to take care of the complete procedure right from making the initial MOT appointment at the Inspection Centre through to preparing your vehicle and presenting it at the appropriate time, thus relieving you of the hassle of your annual MOT.

The aim of the service department is to facilitate your needs and whether this should be the collection of your car from your home or workplace, or the use of one of our courtesy cars, we will be happy to oblige in whatever way best meets your requirements.

A comprehensive valeting service is a facility we are pleased to be able to offer through our service department. Our car valeter, Mr. Stephen Walker, has been Autoglym trained in order to ensure that your car is valeted to the very highest standards. In our purpose built valeting area, which has been fully equipped with a electronic paintwork buffer, hot steam wash and wet and dry vacuum, we can offer you anything from a mini valet through to a comprehensive valet, paint refurbishment or interior shampoo, bringing your car back to showroom standards with prices starting from just £39.50 plus VAT.
